July 30, 2025 – Richmond, KY – Elder Law Guidance, The Elder Law Practice of Scott E. Collins, PLLC, is excited to announce a new chapter in the firm’s journey. As part of our continued growth and commitment to better serving our clients, we will be officially closing our Harper Square office at 2130 Lexington Road, Suite G, and moving into a brand-new location just a few houses down from our historic A.R. Burnam Home.
Our new space, located at 635 West Main Street, marks a major step forward in bringing our team closer together, both literally and figuratively. With both offices now close together, we’ll be able to work more collaboratively, serve clients more efficiently, and continue expanding the services we provide to families in Kentucky.
“This move is all about connection and growth,” said Scott E. Collins, Firm Owner and Managing Attorney. “We’re creating a more unified space that will allow our team to collaborate with even greater impact. Most importantly, it helps us show up for our clients in an even more meaningful way.”
The decision to consolidate our Richmond operations to West Main Street is built not only around practical logistics, but around the incredible growth we’ve experienced thanks to referrals from clients, caregivers, and professionals who trust us to protect what matters most.
Whether it’s helping someone apply for long-term care benefits, protecting a family home from the cost of nursing care, or guiding a loved one through probate, the heart of what we do remains the same: people first, always.
Our firm continues to grow because of you. Your referrals, your stories, and your trust have fueled this next step. And we are so grateful.

As we settle into our new location, we invite you to keep sharing the mission of Elder Law Guidance with your friends, families, and neighbors. Word-of-mouth continues to be the reason families find us at just the right moment. We’re proud to have built a reputation rooted in compassion, clarity, and results, and now we’re building a space to match.
Stay tuned for open house details and more exciting news to come. And as always, thank you for being a part of our journey.
