Kimberly Sinclair

Marketing Co-Director

Kimberly Sinclair is a Marketing Manager (or Co-Director) and started working for Elder Law Guidance in December of 2025. Originally from Louisville, Kentucky, she brings a unique blend of retail management experience and deep roots in the music and nonprofit sectors.

After managing a multimillion-dollar retail portfolio for Federated Department Stores in New York, Sinclair spent over 15 years building community-focused marketing strategies in the music industry. Her work supporting festivals, nonprofits, and artists taught her the importance of authentic storytelling, building trust, and creating meaningful connections—skills that translate seamlessly to helping families navigate elder law and Medicaid planning.

Through her years pitching artists, producing events, and engaging diverse communities, she learned that the most important part of any service is listening to people’s needs and guiding them with clarity and compassion. This experience has given her a profound appreciation for the vulnerable moments when people need expert guidance most.

Now back home in Kentucky, Sinclair is passionate about being part of a firm that prioritizes giving families the best possible experience during some of life’s most challenging transitions. She is excited to contribute her marketing expertise to help Elder Law Guidance reach and serve more families across the state.

During her time off, she loves spending time with her husband Kevin, their two sons, a dog, and several cats. She enjoys exploring historic homes, attending concerts and festivals, and discovering unique finds at local thrift stores.

“I have been working with Scott Collins’ law firm for a couple of months. They have always treated me with respect and have been very knowledgeable in the Elder Care Law. They calmed all fears that I had during a traumatic time with my elder mother. If you need any legal help in the elder law field I highly recommend this law firm.”

Elder Law, Trusts, Power of Attorney

“Exceptionally pleased with Scott and his team! They are very patient to explain complex ins and outs of elder law, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Wills, risk assessments, etc. They patiently and carefully guide you through the Trust process, especially those of us unfamiliar with estate planning to achieve what YOU want. They are also willing to work with other estate partners like financial advisors, financial institutions, CPAs and family members in these efforts. We’ve used his services for our parents and now for our estate planning. Scott’s team is trustworthy, professional, thorough, receptive and knowledgeable. We highly recommend them!!”

There was no pressure.”
