Stephanie Wenger

Legal Receptionist

Stephanie Wenger is a Legal Receptionist and started working for us in November of 2025. She was born and raised in the small town of Mt. Vernon, OH, and attended the Art Institute of Pittsburgh where she received her associate’s degree in interior design (1992). She has held various positions throughout her travels as a military spouse for 25 years. These have included: property management, retail sales manager, interior design consultant, and full-time mother to four children (Lauren, Chelsea, Mitch, and Alex).

She continues to support her military family by contributing her time and energy to ensure family cohesiveness. Stephanie has been married to her husband Michael since February 17, 1995, and were high school sweethearts. Michael retired from the US Army in 2017, and both of her sons are currently on Active Duty. Her time as a military wife taught her independence, purpose, and the importance of giving back.

Her background with the military provides a unique insight into issues that veterans encounter. Her compassion for veterans’ needs comes from a sense of commitment they deserve.

During her time off, she loves completing household projects, spending time with family/ friends, and vacationing to various parts of the US, especially the beach. She enjoys painting landscapes, hiking (The Pinnacles in Berea and Red River Gorge), swimming (Holly Bay), playing golf at Lake Reba, and listening to live music at BBH, and other local live music in the surrounding area.

She is excited to be part of a firm that believes in giving the best possible experience with their legal needs. She looks forward to growing and contributing to the firm, community, and adapting to clients’ needs.

“I have been working with Scott Collins’ law firm for a couple of months. They have always treated me with respect and have been very knowledgeable in the Elder Care Law. They calmed all fears that I had during a traumatic time with my elder mother. If you need any legal help in the elder law field I highly recommend this law firm.”

Elder Law, Trusts, Power of Attorney

“Exceptionally pleased with Scott and his team! They are very patient to explain complex ins and outs of elder law, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Wills, risk assessments, etc. They patiently and carefully guide you through the Trust process, especially those of us unfamiliar with estate planning to achieve what YOU want. They are also willing to work with other estate partners like financial advisors, financial institutions, CPAs and family members in these efforts. We’ve used his services for our parents and now for our estate planning. Scott’s team is trustworthy, professional, thorough, receptive and knowledgeable. We highly recommend them!!”

There was no pressure.”
