Gina E. Collins
Gina is the Director of Operations at Elder Law Guidance. She joined the team in 2019.
Gina graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Arts in Paralegal Science.
She has worked as a paralegal for over 18 years and has over 15 years of experience managing law offices and paralegal staff.
Gina has been a successful member of trial teams, as a litigation paralegal in personal injury cases, for more than six years.
She has a passion for her career in elder law, and helping families with guardianships and estate planning. More importantly, she takes great pride in working alongside her husband, Scott, to build something extraordinary. This is not your typical law firm.
Gina has two sons, three stepdaughters and many grandchildren. She is a lifelong resident of Madison County and lives in Richmond with her husband, Scott.
They enjoy visits with their children and grandchildren and spending quiet evenings at home. They also enjoy traveling together and experiencing the historical significance around them while shopping for antiques, touring historic landmarks and staying in historic B&Bs. Gina and Scott are invested in historical preservation and spend their free time serving on boards for these groups and supporting their efforts.
