January 4, 2022, Richmond – Scott E. Collins, founder, and owner of Elder Law Guidance in Richmond, has been selected to the 2022 Kentucky Super Lawyers list, among just five percent of the Kentucky lawyers selected by Super Lawyers annually to receive this honor. Last year, Collins was selected to their Rising Stars list, limited to just 2.5 percent of lawyers statewide.
“I am honored to be on the Super Lawyers list again this year,” said Collins. “Our team works hard to help our clients protect what they’ve worked so hard to earn, and this work is very fulfilling to us.”
The list rates lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The annual selection process includes independent research, peer nominations and peer evaluations.
Collins is a VA-accredited attorney who provides guidance and support to clients throughout Madison County and across South Central and Eastern Kentucky with legal needs involving elder law, estate planning, wills and trusts, Medicaid planning and Veterans’ benefits. He is admitted to practice before all Kentucky state courts as well as before the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. He also serves as an attorney with Vets Serving Vets.
