Hannah Hayes is a dedicated Client Consultation Manager at Elder Law Guidance. Her role is to meet with clients, assess their needs, and help them get to know the firm and how it works. She brings a thoughtful, strategic, and client-focused approach to every consultation. A Meade County native, she values family, community, and the importance of helping people navigate the complexities of elder law with confidence and care.
With a Public Relations degree from Eastern Kentucky University, she has mastered the art of communication, blending it seamlessly with experience in marketing and client relations. Her background in media sharpened her ability to cut through the noise and get to what truly matters—connecting with people, understanding their needs, and making complex processes feel effortless. She has a natural ability to connect with people, ensuring they feel heard, valued, and supported through every step of that process.
Her philosophy? 110% or nothing. “It’s not just about kindness; it’s about making people feel seen.” Hannah is committed to helping Kentucky’s aging population protect what matters most, making sure no one is left behind in today’s fast-changing world.
Beyond the office, you’ll find Hannah spending time with friends, staying active in EKU alumni events, or chasing after her playful (and slightly spoiled) puppy. With her energy, expertise, and dedication, she is committed to making every client experience seamless, supportive, and stress-free.
